Information on the security built in to GiraffePad:
GiraffePad uses the HTTPS protocol for all communication between the client application and back-end server infrastructure. This means that all data moving between web browsers and servers is end-to-end encrypted via the TLS protocol, ensuring data privacy and integrity.
GiraffePad’s application servers and data are hosted in Microsoft’s highly secure Azure cloud platform.
Realtime chat functionality is provided by Twilio Inc., a San Francisco based company serving clients such as Uber, airbnb and Marks & Spencer. Chat data is end-to-end encrypted and securely stored on the Amazon Web Services cloud platform.
Credit card processing in GiraffePad is provided by Stripe and is fully Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.
