How to delete a client from your dashboard and account.
1: What happens when I delete a client?
If you no longer work with a particular client and have no need for their client card in your dashboard you can use this feature to permanently delete them. This is useful for tidying up your dashboard if you have a number of dormant clients you are not going to be working with again.
Please note: this will only work once you have deleted all the events that are set up for that client.
2: How do I delete a client?
Select and open the client from your client screen. In the top right corner you will see the following buttons:
Click on the red "Delete" button and you will see the following pop-up:
If you are sure you wish to permanently delete the client, click on the red "Delete" button and they will be removed from your account.
