How to permanently delete a programme from your (and your learners) dashboard.
1: What happens when I delete a programme?
This feature enables you to permanently delete a programme and all the data in that programme from your dashboard. It may be a historical programme that is no longer engaged with, it may be a test programme you created when you first set up your account. This is a permanent deletion and please note, this will also delete the programme from your learners dashboard. Please ask your learners to download any of the resources they wish to keep before you delete the programme.
2: How do I delete a programme?
Before you delete a programme be sure you wish to delete all the data as this is a permanent deletion.
The first stage is to delete each of the events that are within your programme. It is not possible to delete the programme until each of the events have been deleted. To do this:
- Open the programme
- Open each event and delete each event using the red delete button in the top right of the page:
- Repeat this for each event in the programme until they are all deleted.
Once these are all deleted you will then be able to delete the programme by following the same process: select the red delete button in the top right of the programme page.
You will see this message:
Click on the "Delete" button and this will remove the programme from your and your learners dashboard.
