How to upload a resource and keep it private to your trainer or share with your group.
1: What can I upload?
You can upload files such as Word documents, spreadsheets, PDF's, photo's, web links and video's. You have a choice as to keeping these private to your Trainer if they are confidential or sharing with the group if they are a useful resource. Examples might be pre-course questionnaires, completed workbooks, on-going feedback, photo's of flip-charts and copies of work created in the learning sessions.
2: How do I upload?
In the event page scroll down below "My Feedback" and "Event Resources" and you will see "My Personal Resources":
For documents, PDF's, spreadsheets, photo's etc click on "Upload file(s)" and you will be able to select the file you need from the device you are using:
For video's (which need to be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo) and links to websites click on "Add Web Link" and type/paste in the relevant link:
Documents and web links will then be stored in your Personal Resources and will be private to you and your trainer/coach.
3: How do I remove or share with the group?
In "My Personal Resources" you will see the "Options" button to the right of the resources you have uploaded. Click on this and you will have the option to "Delete" (Which will remove the resource from your event page and also the Trainer's event page) or "Share" which will move the resource to the group "Event Resources" which means all the learners in the group will be able to view and download the resource.
