How to permanently delete my account:
If you have no need to access any of your programme details and decide you no longer want to use your GiraffePad account, you can permanently delete it.
This will delete all your data from our servers and is not reversible.
- Log in to your account
- Download or copy any information from your learning programmes that you do not want to lose.
- Select your profile (top right-hand corner)
- Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the Delete option:
